The supplier will be responsible for securing sewage pump-out trucks for the entire site involves the regular collection, transport, and disposal of wastewater and sewage from all on-site facilities, including worker accommodations, offices, and sanitation areas. ACCIONA Cobra Joint Venture require the services of an appropriately qualified and experienced contaminated land consultant to support the construction of the CWO REZ Project. Services will be required will include completion of Targeted Site Investigations on to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and manage risks related to contamination (including potential salinity, high carbon material and legacy mining and farming activities)

Supply of Soft Drawn, annealed, stranded bare copper conductor of various diameters, to ACEREZ warehouse in Merotherie to be used for substation earthing mat. The scope also includes supply of Cad-moulds of different sizes and shapes together with ignition cartridges to perform exothermic welding. The copper conductor shall meet the requirement of standards and will be of 99.9 % purity.

This scope of work relates to excavation and earthmoving works, perimeter roads to the Energy Hubs, as well as the paving of the roads. The subcontractor must excavate/drill/blast, etc. up to the level indicated in the engineering plans, and subsequently fill and compact in layers with the specified material to form a platform with the height and slopes according to the project requirements. Access and perimeter roads must be built with their respective drainage and paving in accordance with good execution practices and approved engineering.

ACCIONA Cobra Joint Venture require the services of an appropriately qualified and experienced Soil Conservation Specialist to support the construction of the CWO REZ Project. The services required include supporting the development of erosion and sedimentation control plans to ensure compliance with the NSW Blue Book (Landcom 2004), engaging with the projects environment and construction team (on site) to provide pragmatic specialist erosion and sedimentation control advice, preparation of detailed reports documenting findings and recommendations.

The supply of "Travel Towers": Highly mobile truck-mounted elevating works platforms to provide safe access to transmission line towers and conductors during construction. Accessible height required 76m. Both purchase and hire strategies are being considered

This scope of works is for the supply and installation of a portal crane to support loading/ unloading activities within the laydown yard for to the Transmission line scope. Indicative dimensions of 12m span with 10t winch capacity.

The supply and delivery of relocatable wheel wash baths. The wheel wash systems will be moved many times during the construction of the project, so the structure must require minimal or no excavation to install. There must be the option for deliveries to be split over different dates, as per the necessity of the Head Contractor. The Base Scope of work comprises of the design, manufacture and delivery of various outdoor Low Voltage Marshalling Panels, outdoor Main Switchboards, outdoor AC and DC Distribution Boards and passively-cooled double-skinned outdoor Equipment Kiosks for active equipment. Conceptual layout and wiring schematics will be provided. The Design scope comprises development of shop drawings based on the provided concepts, thermal modelling, arc flash studies and all relevant design calculations as required.

The Subcontractor shall perform all tasks related to the completion of the Early Earthworks upon request from the Head Contractor. The Subcontractor shall provide all management, supervision, transport, handling, and is responsible for the appropriate and safe methods of material handling.

Design and install lightweight buildings (Machine Hall) for each of the 250MVA synchronous condenser units in the CWO REZ sites. The machine hall for a synchronous condenser is an enclosure of about 18x30 m floor area and 13 m high, with steel structure with steel sheet as cladding, and a layer of acoustic panels for noise attenuation. Additional atmospheric protection against dust ingress, insects, moisture build-up, and fogging must be provided as required. The durability requirement of 50 years for steel structure, and architectural cladding shall have a design life of 25 years.

ACEREZ require an experienced graphic designer to assist with the development of collateral and marketing materials during the construction of the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone transmission line infrastructure. Providers will need to be experienced in the development of collateral for large infrastructure projects for government clients. this includes understanding and experience in using government branding guidelines including logo placement and contractor lock-ups, placement of text and photographs and drawing of maps and icons. providers will need to be work to fast turn- around times and multiple reviews, changes and iterations.

The Works compromise of managing crane for the pre-construction condition on defined private properties which may be impacted by construction works of the project

The purpose of the Scope of Works (SOW) is to provide the expectations for the Independent Sustainability Auditor for the purposes of meeting the Infrastructure Sustainability Council (ISC) v1.2 credit requirements for Man-3 and Man-4. The audit duration required for this Proposal should be based on the following frequency outlined in Table 21. TABLE 21: ISC REQUIRED FRECQUENCY Credit Frequency Design Construction MAN-3 Quarterly Bi-annually MAN-4 Once Annually The Project is currently in the establishment period until approximately June 2024. The Design phase will run until approximately mid 2026 with the completion of detailed design. Construction is planning to commence in January 2025 and targeting completion by Q4 2028. Noting these are all estimated timelines and are subject to change. The first audit is required in May 2024, to help ensure we are on the right track from the establishment period. The scope of the audit should meet the criteria of the ISC v1.2 Man-3, level 2 credit for an independent sustainability professional to be engaged to monitor and review sustainability performance. The scope will also satisfy the criteria for the Man-4 credit, level 2, with the most material sustainability issues to be determined with the project team prior to undertaking the audit. Outputs should include as a minimum a preliminary findings spreadsheet, a draft audit report with recommendations, identified opportunities for improvement, any non-conformances noted and a final audit report. The Subcontractor will be required to complete the Road Upgrades for the following locations: The Upgrade of Merotherie Road between the intersection with Golden Highway at Leadville and the intersection with the Merotherie Energy Hub access road. The Upgrade of Spring Ridge Road and Dapper Road Intersection. The Subcontractor will be required to perform all tasks related to the construction of the roads upgrade. The Subcontractor shall provide all management, supervision, supply of material, and manage all resources to deliver the scope in accordance with the Head Contractors project requirements, the relevant standards and to industry best practice, including: Widening and reconstruction of the existing roadway to achieve a single crowned carriageway with a 3.5m wide travel lane and 0.5m wide shoulder in both directions. The carriageway is to achieve a maximum longitudinal grade of 6.0% with sealed flexible pavement.

The Project involves the design, procurement and construction of a water treatment and disposal solution for the overall project. the contractor will be required tp provide a water treatment solution that will allow for water sourced from several locations, including local water bores and nearby rivers, to acceptable drinking water standards. the Contractor shall also be required to provide a washwater treatment and disposal solution that includes a disposal method for treated greywater (irrigation fields or otherwise). The main Project accommodation village will be a 1200 bed facility located at Merotherie. Second Accommodation Village with 300 beds will be situated at Neelays lane. Contractors water treatment and sewerage treatment facilities will be built at these locations.

The Supplier will be required to supply schedule of reinforcement, supply steel reinforcement (as per the bending schedules) and delivery of the reinforcement to the Central-West Orana Project. This package will primarily function on a schedule of rates, however the Supplier is not limited to the schedule of rates, as they must adhere to other aspects of the contract such as the projects EH&S procedures.

The contractors objective is to design, supply, install, and commission a Solar PV system integrated with a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and a generator power supply, providing a comprehensive turnkey solution for the Merotherie Camp site, based on the project load requirements.This solution must accommodate the specified loads, considering peak load times. The deliverables include single line diagrams, MSB shop drawings, PV mounting structures, and details on the type and manufacturer of equipment. The project Camp load will be in the vicinity of 5,000 amps.

This scope of works is for the supply/ rental and installation of temporary structures to provide shelter for construction and warehousing activities within the laydown yard for to the Transmission line scope. e.g Dome-shelters or similar structures.

The Subcontractor shall be responsible for undertaking any works required to existing Utilities located inside the Project construction boundary and will follow the treatment plan assigned to each Utility i.e., protect or relocate. The Subcontractor will be responsible for carrying out all tasks associated with the protection and relocation of electrical utilities, including the supply, delivery, and installation of utility conduits, pits, and other accessories, HV & LV cabling, and power poles. This will be carried out in full compliance with project specifications and the Utility Service Authority requirements. The Subcontractor must be accredited with ASP1 accreditation as per the NSW guidelines. The Subcontractor must be authorised by the Utility Service Authority as an accredited service provider at the appropriate level and class, including but not limited to Essential Energy. Furthermore, as part of the ICN submission, the Subcontractor must submit the list of the Utility Service Authority they are accredited with and authorized to work for.

Pile diameter ranges from 900mm to 2500mm, depth between 5-20m deep, approx 3000 quantity in total across all 10 separable portions of the project (27,000m3 excavation, 28,500m3 concrete, 2250T steel). The primarily works are drilling of piles using piling rigs, install pile reinforcement cages and pour concrete to the the cut off level. Based on the ground conditions, installation of permanent casings may be required to prevent soil from collapsing. There is also a requirement to install temporary casing to bring pile to the correct level for stub installation. The works must also include the installation of the transmission tower stub, which is setup prior to the pour. The purpose of the stub is to facilitate the erection of the transmission tower afterwards. Jig templates used to hold the stubs may also be procured by the contractor.

This scope is for the supply of robust caravans suitable for use by construction personnel for lunchroom and offices. Options for both purchase and rental will be considered.

The supply and delivery of common lifting equipment and accessories, including but not limited to: Slings, pulleys, chain hoists, shackles, etc. Various tools and materials will be required throughout the duration of the project, keeping a minimum quantity of the contractors stock at all times. Estimated quantities will be sent along with the scope of work, but this package will primarily function on a schedule of rates.

Supply and delivery of flexible concrete mats with lifting points for placement in minor water crossings along access routes for transmission lines. The supplier must provide all technical certificates for the concrete mats. It must be possible to split deliveries into different dates, according to the needs of the main contractor.
