Sitzler was recently awarded the Managing Contractor Contract for constructing the new Mental Health Inpatient Unit at Royal Darwin Hospital.
The works will include the construction of a three-storey building that will house the Mental Health Inpatient Unit with inpatient beds, therapeutic areas, and a Stabilisation Assessment and Referral Area, as well as the upgrade to the existing Central Services Sterilisation Department.
Sitzler is now calling for Expressions of Interest on a number of trade packages, the responses to which will inform their shortlist for their approach to market.
