Overview
Sitzler was recently awarded the construction contracts for the State Square Art Gallery (Stage 1) and Precinct Redevelopment (Stage 2).
Stage 1
The Stage 1 Art Gallery package of works is currently at 95% design documentation, with Sitzler calling for pricing by 25/11/2022.
Stage 2
The Stage 2 Precinct Redevelopment works comprise an Early Contractor's Involvement (ECI) package. Sitzler will work with project Stakeholders to develop the design before approaching the market for pricing in 2023.
