Sitzler Pty Ltd has been engaged to deliver the Acacia Prison Expansion Project in Wooroloo, Perth Hills for the Western Australian Government.
The project will deliver an additional 480 medium-security and multi-purpose beds across three accommodation units, together with associated support services, industries facilities, security infrastructure, external works and integration with the existing Acacia Prison facility.
As design development and procurement progress, Sitzler is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified Western Australian and Australian subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers and service providers interested in participating in the delivery of the Project.
Registration of an Expression of Interest does not constitute an Invitation to Tender, offer of work or commitment by Sitzler to include a respondent in a subsequent procurement process.
Sitzler intends to provide Western Australian and Australian industry with full, fair and reasonable opportunity to participatein the Project.
Expressions of Interest received through ICN Gateway will assist Sitzler in identifying capable businesses for inclusion in its project supply chain and procurement activities.
As the design progresses, Sitzler will undertake detailed quantity take-offs where practicable and develop trade-specific Invitations to Tender, scopes of work and pricing schedules.
Relevant businesses identified through the EOI process may be invited to participate in subsequent competitive tender processes, subject to capability, capacity, experience, safety, quality, commercial and project-specific requirements.
Sitzler may combine, separate or restructure procurement packagesas the design and procurement strategy develops to achieve efficient project delivery, market competition and appropriate supply-chain participation.
