The Pluto Train 1 Scarborough Modifications Project ("Project") comprises of modifications to the existing Woodside-operated Pluto LNG Train 1 facility and associated infrastructure ("Pluto Train 1 Facilities") to enable gas from the Scarborough Project to be processed at the Pluto Train 1 Facilities.
Following completion of the Project and once the capacity becomes available, up to 3mtpa of gas from the Scarborough Project will be processed at the Pluto Train 1 Facilities. The Project is based on a modular design of additional equipment and will be accommodated within the existing pre-disturbed Pluto LNG footprint. New facilities to be installed include a Natural Gas Liquids Unit, Nitrogen Recycle Compressor, Pluto gas custody metering, and a range of modifications to auxiliary facilities. After a competitive FEED, Kellogg Brown and Root Pty Ltd were selected as the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management ("EPCM") Contractor for the Execute phase of the Project and were awarded an EPCM Contract on 01 September 2023.

. Willingness to supply Aspen Aerogel products.
. Demonstrated experience in the installation of FEM (Flexible Elastomeric Membrane) insulation material.

. Contractors who can also perform Structural Fireproofing works will be preferred.

Wind walls are required by the Pluto Train 1 Modifications Project to function as a wind break
to reduce wind forces on equipment and piping, whilst still allowing a through flow of air for
ventilation. The wind walls shall be supplied as a set of panels for fixing on major steelwork
structures (provided by others). Vendors shall provide the panel supporting steelwork system
along with the wind wall panels. The panels and support steelwork shall be from a proven
proprietary system. Depending on the design offered by the Supplier, acoustic insulation to
control internal reverberant noise levels may also be required. There is also a requirement for
steel framed sliding doors clad with the wind wall panel material
