Systech is a global consultancy, with a 30-year history of advice and support to contractors and clients with iconic infrastructure, engineering and construction projects, including in the defence sector.

We ensure that robust measures to control risk, cost and time, manage claims and prevent disputes are in place to support successful project delivery.

We provide full project lifecycle support offering procurement services, contractual/commercial management, cost engineering, project scheduling, claims consulting, expert witness and dispute resolution services and we are particularly regarded for our extensive experience delivering results on large-scale, complex projects, with sophisticated delivery models.

We have also developed intelligent delay analysis software that latches onto typical programmes such as Primavera. We have also developed a site diary app which can be adapted to suit the contractor's project needs.
