Overview

HUBER+SUHNER Australia was established in 1973. We manufacture cables, connectors, cable harnesses, and other complex connectivity solutions covering Radio Frequency (RF), Fibre Optics (FO), and Copper aka Low Frenquency technologies.

HUBER+SUHNER Australia also has local production capability set up in Frenchs Forest, NSW, which caters to the Australian Industry Content (AIC) requirements.

HUBER+SUHNER Australia's major projects have been:

- Defence : supply of locally manufactured cable harnesses and other complex solutions to customers such as Thales (Land 121), BAE (JORN), Rheinmetall (400ph2), Department of Defence - ASD; and others.

- Railway : supply of RADOX cables, coaxial and Fibre harnesses for rolling stock and trackside applications - NSW trains, VIC rail, QRT, Perth Metro, and other private fleet operators in WA.

- Telecommunications : supply of hybrid cabling technology to NBN and Optus for 4G / 5G network rollouts.
