Watharra Workforce Solutions, a division of Campfire Healing Indigenous Corporation, is an Aboriginal-owned social enterprise based in North West Queensland delivering culturally informed workforce, community engagement, and promotional product solutions. Established in 2025, Watharra provides flexible labour hire, event support, cultural consultancy, and Aboriginal procurement services across sectors including mining, government, tourism, community services, and major events.

Through our partnership with My Outback Bush Soaps Co, we also supply authentic Aboriginal-inspired promotional and corporate gifting products incorporating natural bush ingredients, handmade wellness products, cultural storytelling, and eco-conscious packaging. Our product range includes artisan soaps, bush healing ointments, botanical body products, wellness gift packs, and customised corporate hampers suitable for conferences, VIP gifting, tourism campaigns, and major events such as the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

As part of Campfire Healing Indigenous Corporation, all services are grounded in cultural safety, community empowerment, and sustainable economic participation for Aboriginal people.
