Heavy Duty Controls & Electrical (HDC) is a Queensland specialist electrical manufacturer with 16 years of continuous operation from our Yatala QLD facility. We manufacture control panels, wiring harnesses, junction box assemblies, and electrical kits for mining, oil and gas, and heavyindustry.
For 14 years, HDC has been a continuous supplier into Shell's QGC CSG operations — producing over 1,000 control panels and 3,000 wiring harnesses per year into Queensland gas field operations. We hold current EEHA accreditation and manufacture to AS/NZS 60079 series for classified hazardous area environments.
Every unit leaves our facility 100% factory acceptance tested and fully documented. Direct manufacturer accounts with Schneider Electric, Omron, Phoenix Contact, NHP, Cabac, and Haymans support competitive lead times. HDC holds QBCC Licence 91449 for electrical contracting, panel installation, and commissioning.
