Strategic Project Delivery (SPD) is a fully ISO accredited project management and EPC delivery company based in Queensland. We deliver complex projects in the renewable (solar, wind, BESS or hybrid), water and infrastructure sectors.
We manage at all stages of the project life cycle and consult to support existing projects. Our numerous clients are both Government businesses and private contractors at Tier 1 and Tier 2, client side EPCM Teams, and Owners Asset Teams.
