Quality Constructions and Maintenance (QCM), established in 2000 by David and Kylie Colman, is a proudly Indigenous and women-owned registered building contractor serving the Northern Territory.
With offices in Girraween, Katherine, and Alice Springs, QCM delivers cost-effective solutions for newbuilds, government tenders, insurance works, and renovations across residential, commercial, and recreational projects.
Supported by a skilled team of 19, including three Project Managers, QCM ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
