We are known for our commitment to excellence and workforce diversity and inclusion. The workforce is made up of around 50% women, and more than 25% of all workers are from Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander backgrounds. We work with Traditional Owner groups and other Indigenous organisations across Australia.
