Regs and Corporate Advisory Pty Ltd (RCA) is led by Maree Davenport, a former Member of Parliament (Vic), Chair of Statutory Authorities, and a previous Member of the Building Appeals Board at the Victorian Building Authority.

Maree is an NMAS accredited Mediator, Member of Chief Executive Women (CEW), Graduate and Member of AICD, Governance Institute of Australia (GIA) holds a Master of Leadership in Gender Equality and Diversity.

RCA specializes in GENDER EQUALITY ACTION PLANS and GENDER WORKPLACE AUDITS and assists businesses and peak industry bodies with all aspects of Australian Commonwealth, State and Territory stakeholder consultation, grant applications, tendering, assistance and advice.

We foster community partnerships for social procurement compliance and advise on Regulatory Impact Statements (RIS) review, response and submission. We develop policy with for-purpose and not-for-profits. We specialise in Governance and Risk Advisory.
