Synergy Education (RTO 40607) is a fully compliant, end-to-end training solution for first-aid and safety training and assessment. Synergy Education's courses combine online theory with hands-on, on-site practical learning, ensuring compliance, policy alignment, and workplace readiness. Synergy Education’s experienced team confidently manages every aspect of course consultation, program rollout, learner communications, technical and system compliance, and reporting. All of this is personally overseen by the CEO for quality assurance.
All training is aligned with national training packages, delivered in accordance with ASQA and AQF standards, and designed to meet internal compliance frameworks including WHS, industry-specific regulations, and organisational risk policies.
Training includes customised first aid and CPR training, manual handling and safety training, food safety training, workplace health training, safety training, and anaphylaxis awareness training as well as the provision of first aid supplies and equipment.

CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER
A designated Synergy Education Client Services Manager (CSM) is assigned to each client, to be the main point of contact for their organisation. The CSM’s role is to ensure the safety training program runs smoothly and reduces the time that the client's internal team spends coordinating training, by taking on all of the course organisation, course communication, scheduling, and certificate management.
COURSE DEVELOPMENT
While the national standards for CPR training, safety, and first aid training rarely change, Synergy Education feels strongly that no class, story, or scenario should ever be the same, which is why courses change every 12 months. This ensures learners are kept on their toes and are continually learning with each year’s training session.
Through extensive research and consultation, it has been identified that while staff are aware that their organisation has policies, they rarely read them (nor read updated versions), and their level of understanding and practical application is often low. Synergy Education assists by embedding these policies into teaching content. As an example, Synergy Education uses each client's own Risk Minimisation Plan for Anaphylaxis when discussing anaphylaxis and reducing risk in the workplace. A copy is present in the session for discussion, and the trainer leads discussion around identifying risks and administering appropriate treatment.
PARTNERSHIP AND COLLABORATION
The bespoke nature of Synergy Education’s training focus ensures that Synergy Education operates, for all intents and purposes, as an extension of an organisation's WHS team. This means that during the program development stage, Synergy Education works closely with key stakeholders across each client's organisation to ensure that training products not only meet internal relevant compliance frameworks, but maintain broader units of competency for accreditation, including ASQA and AQF requirements.

ONLINE LEARNING
Synergy Education’s online theory learning has been created with the end user in mind. The functionality of the system ensures that all users, no matter their technological ability, are able to navigate and complete the training on a device of their choosing.
Online theory is updated yearly to keep returning students engaged in the learning, with changes to industry-specific and unit changes amended as they are identified. The scrolling feature of the online theory, mixed with in-house videos filmed in various work environments, ensures that all learning is contextualised to learners' work environments. Staff are able to complete the online theory at their own pace with the Learning Portal, available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Synergy Education is committed to supporting learners and offers complimentary learner support within business hours.
PRACTICAL SESSIONS
Practical sessions are conducted on-site or in client offices to ensure training is directly relevant to the workplace environment and site, boosting engagement, retention, and real-world application.
Practical sessions cater for up to 30 participants due to course design and resource allocation of 15 manikins per trainer. Whilst 30 participants may be present, trainers are only ever assessing 8 students at once during CPR due to Synergy Education’s unique curriculum design and dedication to ensuring quality assessment of each learner’s practical skills.
CERTIFICATION MANAGEMENT AND INTEGRATION
Synergy Education offers integration of first aid and CPR certificate records with clients' HR systems, eliminating the need for manual data entry and ensuring compliance for rostering. This integration enhances accuracy and validity of qualifications, reduces the risk of invalid certificates, and improves governance of certificate expiries. Synergy Education’s experienced technical staff collaborate to identify HR system requirements and conduct quarterly quality assurance reviews of imported certificate records for the first twelve months.
