Multicultural Consulting Services (MCS) is a Social Enterprise certified by Social Traders established for the benefit of communities to provide tailored and culturally appropriate employment services to priority job seekers.

We work with government, business, communities, and job seekers from diverse backgrounds to respond to social issues in particular focus of employment service.

We provide a job-ready program, skills assessment, employment pathways and maintain an ongoing connection with employers to source, screen candidates and provide cultural awareness training to enable employers to better engage with their new employees and maximise retention.

MCS work in collaboration with different stakeholders to transform business and lives through our holistic recruitment service to make a real impact. We understand the challenges and the social procurement requirement for business, and we support employers to fulfil these requirements.
