PreBuilt is a privately owned Australian manufacturer of high-quality modular buildings, with manufacturing facilities in New South Wales and Victoria. Since 2003, we have delivered residential and commercial projects across NSW, Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. We design, manufacture and install buildings for education, healthcare, accommodation, residential, commercial and community uses. Working with clients, architects, developers and head contractors, we provide modular building supply and installation through to complete design and construct delivery. Our controlled factory process supports consistent quality and efficient use of materials. Manufacturing can progress alongside site preparation, helping shorten programmes and reduce onsite disruption and weather delays. With experienced design, project management and construction teams, including NSW-based delivery staff, we coordinate projects from design development through to installation and handover.
