Women In Construction (WIC) is a registered social enterprise dedicated to recruiting women in the civil, building, and construction sectors. Established in 2019, WIC was the first of its kind in Victoria, providing tailored recruitment solutions including short-term and long-term labour hire, recruitment agency services, training and mentorship programs. The organisation also helps companies meet their social procurement targets and allows them to claim 100% of the cost on their projects' social spend.
