Cerulean is an independent client-side consultancy firm.
Established in 2023, Cerulean has in a short span of
time delivered significant strategy and delivery projects
nationally in Australia. Assignments this year range from
large to small, advisory to project management, whether
in Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne or beyond.
Clients include occupiers and owners, government, and
the private sector, all looking for creative solutions drawn
from deep technical and commercial experience gained
from delivering landmark projects.
Cerulean was founded by Anna Verghese, who brings
20+ years of global and proven expertise in the
commercial, hospitality, healthcare, retail, residential,
technology and mixed-use sectors. Uniquely she has
been a client, a consultant and also a contractor, the
outcome of which is the strong belief in fairness and
achieving the right outcomes for projects.
