IEM Services is an electrical labour hire company providing electrical and mechanical services to clients for projects, maintenance, shutdown and commissioning work within the mining industry.

With an extensive network, we plan and execute high end solutions for clients in Australia and internationally. Dealing with simple to more complex projects, all work is dealt with ultimate professionalism and dedication to our work and responsibilities.

We aim to provide our indigenous personnel with the opportunity to join us and be a part of a growing team where we will train and mentor them and give them the skills, they need to be a part of the mining industry. This will provide job opportunities, training, and mentorship to Aboriginal Australians in the workforce.
