Overview
First Nations Traffic Management (FNTM) is a proudly owned and operated Aboriginal company with depots located in Bulleen, Morwell, and Geelong. We are the largest Indigenous VicRoads Pre Qualified Traffic Control Company with Major Projects experience in Victoria.
FNTM sources local Indigenous Traffic Controllers for regional projects, working closely with traditional owners' groups for Training and Mentoring. We have over 250 experienced Traffic Controllers and a Fleet of Signage Vehicles, TMA's, Pod Trucks and VMS Board.
At FNTM we Source, Engage, Train, Employ and Mentor Indigenous Personnel in the Traffic Control Industry. We partner experienced Traffic Controllers with newly trained Indigenous Traffic Controllers until they become competent Team leaders, continually exceeding Aboriginal workforce participation and Social Procurement targets.
