MEGT is a national, Australian not-for-profit organisation supporting employers, apprentices, trainees, job seekers and students through employment, training and workforce solutions. Having shaped Australia’s workforce for over 40 years, MEGT has supported more than 1.5 million Australians into employment and partnered with over 250,000 businesses. Since 1982, MEGT has delivered apprenticeship and traineeship services, recruitment, mentoring and career support, helping businesses grow capability and people build sustainable careers.

MEGT's Group Training service delivers everything needed to successfully recruit, develop and engage apprentices and trainees. MEGT connects businesses with quality candidates and provides coaching and support for apprentices and supervisors. As the apprentice’s legal employer, MEGT manages all paperwork, compliance and regulatory requirements, allowing businesses to focus on their core operations while benefiting from a skilled workforce.
