As a registered Group Training Organisation (GTO), MEGT offers a simple, low-risk solution for hiring and managing apprentices and trainees. When you become a Host Employer with MEGT, we recruit your new team member while remaining their legal employer, leaving you responsible only for providing day-to-day work, supervision, on-the-job training, and development. At MEGT, we understand the significant value and productivity that apprentices and trainees bring to any workforce, regardless of industry or size. We also recognise that building a motivated and highly skilled team requires effort, including identifying opportunities for apprentices and trainees, conducting workforce planning, skills gap analyses, budgeting, sourcing, screening, and onboarding. In addition, we manage ongoing work performance, health and safety, training requirements, payroll, administration, and reporting, as well as overseeing single or multi-site apprentice or trainee programs.
