Overview

JustWorks is a social enterprise and values based supported recruitment service.
JustWorks aims to support businesses by referring our candidates for specific roles, social procurement initiatives, or diversity recruitment objectives.
Our candidates are talented and experienced but often over-looked in mainstream recruitment processes due to systemic and social bias aligned with identifying as a candidate from a priority cohort, such as culturally or linguistically diverse, from refugee background, seeking asylum or skilled migrants who have professional qualifications from overseas. We are currently working with candidates who have qualifications and experience in sectors including engineering, finance, IT, construction, design and administration.
Pre-screened and job-ready candidates are connected to employers for a placement fee if successful. JustWorks also offers post-placement support packages and additional cultural agility training.
