Pedco Engineering is a specialised steel forming and fabrication business that has been operating since 1987. For the past 35 years, we have built a reputation as an industry leader in the pressing, rolling, welding and fabrication of steel.

Products and Services

chevron_right Pressing - Our pressing services can provide quality results with a quick turnaround. We can bend various material thicknesses in a variety of metals, including mild steel, stainless steel, titanium, bisalloy & aluminium. We are also experienced with Inconel and hard-faced plate. We specialise in eccentric and conical reducers.

chevron_right Rolling - We can process an extensive range of rolling applications on various materials & thicknesses. Our technologically advanced machinery with programmable settings means we can guarantee finished products within precise tolerances every time. We specialised in cylinders and cones, but can also offer plate straightening services along with section rolling.

chevron_right Fabrication - Our fabrication team can produce a wide range of fabricated components and end products to the highest standards. We have CAD services available, and our estimators can assist with the design of any of your job needs. We are specialists in medium to heavy steel items including but not limited to tanks, trays, chutes, truck bodies, pipe spools and buckets.

chevron_right Welding - With our experienced welders, we can offer a variety of welding solutions from GMAW, SMAW, GTAW, SAW & FCAW with qualifications of AS/NZ 1554.1SP, 1554.5, 1554.6, AS/NZ 2980, AS/NZ 3992, AWS D1.1, AS ISO 9606.1 as standard. Other weld procedures, MDRs & customised ITPs can be provided to cater for your individual requirements plus weld testing such as MPI, UT, DPT and Radiographs can be organised as per your instructions.
