Company Overview

C2A (Connecting2Ability) supports over 320 people with disability across 10 locations in metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Established in 1953, C2A is a not-for-profit Registered Charity and Registered NDIS provider and the oldest provider of support for people with disability on the Mornington Peninsula.

As a social benefit supplier, C2A employs over 220 people with disability and 100 disability support workers and business managers within seven of these sites.

C2A is a commercial operation that delivers professional results, on brief, on budget and on time.

We hold long term business relationships across the construction, education, industrial, health and local government sectors, retail and aged care markets.

Supported Employee Model
done
We operate under a unique model compared to other trades services. We employ people with disability that are paid under the Supported Employment Services Award (MA000103) that is outlined by Fair Work and determined by the Supported Wage System team.

We work in teams and crews made up of Supported Employees and Disability Support Workers. They could be made up of a 1-3 or 1-5 ratio depending on project to ensure that projects meet the quality criteria and expectations of our business customers.
