Overview
MobReady is a socially inclusive Group Training Organisation (GTO) offering trainee and apprentice opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
We have over 20 years' experience in Workforce Development and Industry Participation experience.
We connect trainees and apprentices with small to large host employers, and provide additional services including mentoring, cultural training and frameworks designed to improve cultural understanding in the workplace.
Our team has extensive involvement in creating employment and training solutions across various industry sectors, with a significant focus on Metropolitan and Regional NSW.
GTO facilitate quality training and employment opportunities, matching apprentices and trainees with host employers to ensure mutual growth and development.
We conduct pre-employment Programs: Tailored programs designed to prepare individuals for the workforce, including skills training, job readiness workshops, and support services.
