Calitool was founded in 1980 as Normatic Assembly Tools. 2020, it transitioned to new family ownership and relaunched as Calitool in 2022, following the acquisition of Offshore Tooling & Services (OTAS). While Normatic primarily focused on assembly tooling, OTAS expanded our reach into the broader markets of controlled bolting, torque, and bolt tensioning.

Thanks to our expertise and commitment to quality service, we have rapidly expanded and now operate two busy branches and workshops in Melbourne and the Hunter Valley, supporting all users of assembly and bolting tools.
