ACCIONA Cobra Joint Venture require the services of an appropriately qualified and experienced contaminated land consultant to support the construction of the CWO REZ Project. Services will be required will include completion of Targeted Site Investigations on to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and manage risks related to contamination (including potential salinity, high carbon material and legacy mining and farming activities)

This scope of works relate to the supply of precast reinforced concrete box culverts and reinforced concrete pipes and headwalls in accordance with Project's specification in particular RMS Specifications R11, R16 and B80

The dilapidation survey scope of works consists of the assessing of the road surface and nominated structure conditions prior to, during and post construction works taking place in locations determined by the Head Contractor. Road dilapidation surveys are to be carried out in accordance with the Project specifications, drawings, and other relevant requirements. Obtain photographs, sketches and narrative descriptions of existing facilities adjacent to proposed work zones (including but not limited to road furniture, drainage, existing utilities, pavement condition etc.) consolidated into a single report that establishes conditions prior to the commencement of the works.

This scope of work relates to excavation and earthmoving works, perimeter roads to the Energy Hubs, as well as the paving of the roads. The subcontractor must excavate/drill/blast, etc. up to the level indicated in the engineering plans, and subsequently fill and compact in layers with the specified material to form a platform with the height and slopes according to the project requirements. Access and perimeter roads must be built with their respective drainage and paving in accordance with good execution practices and approved engineering.

The supply and delivery of drainage materials for water crossings, including, but not limited to: concrete and HDPE pipes, and fittings; headwalls; culverts etc.. This package will primary function on a schedule of rates.

The Scope of Works includes the identification, testing, safe handling, and removal of naturally occurring asbestos present across the project alignment in accordance with Project Technical Specifications and Legislation. The subcontractor shall provide, but not limited to, all management, supervision, transportation, plant, equipment, materials, and personnel necessary to complete the works. The subcontractor shall be local to the area and have an understanding of the land and waterways.

This scope of works relate to the transmission tower pad footing foundation. The Subcontractor will be required to excavate down to top of rock level, drill 200mm passive anchors, grout and install 40mm tensile bars x 5m long. The subcontractor will then need to perform steel fixing for the pads and concrete pour. There is also a requirement to install the stub to the right position' for the transmission towers prior to the concrete pour. The purpose of the stub is to facilitate the erection of the transmission tower afterwards. Verification of the stub will be done by the Head Contractor once stub is installed.

ACEREZ require an experienced graphic designer to assist with the development of collateral and marketing materials during the construction of the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone transmission line infrastructure. Providers will need to be experienced in the development of collateral for large infrastructure projects for government clients. this includes understanding and experience in using government branding guidelines including logo placement and contractor lock-ups, placement of text and photographs and drawing of maps and icons. providers will need to be work to fast turn- around times and multiple reviews, changes and iterations.

The purpose of the Scope of Works (SOW) is to provide the expectations for the Independent Sustainability Auditor for the purposes of meeting the Infrastructure Sustainability Council (ISC) v1.2 credit requirements for Man-3 and Man-4.

The audit duration required for this Proposal should be based on the following frequency outlined in Table 21.

The subcontract comprises of the engagement of a Subcontractor to assist in the coordination and supply of appropriately qualified temporary labour personnel as required for project delivery. This scope of work includes the truck hire of providing maintained trucks of various sizes to meet the transportation requirements of the project. Plant Hire and Equipment - Wet and Dry Hire

This scope of work include the demolition of existing private structures/residences. Works will require the removal and suitable disposal of all excess material.

The Subcontractor will be required to supply, deliver, operate and maintain the required Surface Miner/s for the Central-West Orana Project. The Work comprise the CCTV survey, cleaning and repairing of the installed drainage on the project in accordance with the project specifications, design drawings and best industry practice. The requirements includes but not limit to: Close circuit television (CCTV) surveys of drainage pipelines in accordance with WSAA Conduit Inspection Reporting Code (WSA 05-2013-3.1); installation of CCTV to include horizontal / vertical survey or electronic detection undertaken to obtain asset level information; Review and Assessment of CCTV survey required to determine and provide reporting; Provide a record of all recorded information from survey ;and etc.

This scope of works is for the supply and delivery of precast elements for The Laheys Creek Bridge and Merotherie Road Bridge. The precast elements for each bridge is as follow:
10 PSC Planks (700mm deep, 22620mm long) for Merotherie Road Bridge.

The Subcontractor will be required to complete the Road Upgrades for the following locations:

The Subcontractor will be required to perform all tasks related to the construction of the roads upgrade. The Subcontractor shall provide all management, supervision, supply of material, and manage all resources to deliver the scope in accordance with the Head Contractor's project requirements, the relevant standards and to industry best practice, including: Widening and reconstruction of the existing roadway to achieve a single crowned carriageway with a 3.5m wide travel lane and 0.5m wide shoulder in both directions. The carriageway is to achieve a maximum longitudinal grade of 6.0% with sealed flexible pavement.

The Works comprise the undertaking of traffic control for the project to be carried out to industry best practice, the relevant Council standards, and TfNSW G10 Traffic Management including the provision of workers who are adequately licensed, ticketed, and competent to perform traffic control works.

This scope of work relates to small and large foundations for structures and porticos as well as fire walls, power transformers, control rooms, buildings etc. The subcontractor will be required to excavate in accordance with the engineering drawings and execute the foundations with rebar and threaded bolts aligned and levelled. The subcontractor will then be required to carry out the steel fixing for the slabs and the concrete pouring. There is also a requirement to install the formwork for the concrete pouring. The installation of conduits for electricity and drainage is also a scope of this package as well as the slabs for the general fences and gates.

It includes the installation of electrical equipment, LV, MV and HV wiring as well as optical fibre, connections, tests. Assembly of the lightning system, exterior and interior lighting. ACE REZ is seeking a quote to complete all Road safety tasks related to the Project. Please note this scope covers the review of all road safety related tasks required for planning purposes. The pre-construction/ construction related tasks are to be covered in a subsequent tender package.

The scope of works for site security includes the provision of security personnel, systems, and monitoring to safeguard the Merotherie Village, energy hubs, and associated facilities. The Subcontractor will supply trained security guards to patrol key areas, control access, monitor CCTV and alarm systems, and ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.

The Supplier will be required to supply, delivery, install, commission, maintain and de-commission the Generators for use in the camp accommodation for Central-West Orana Project. The main Project accommodation village will be a 1200 bed facility located at Merotherie. Second accommodation village with 300 beds will be situated at Neeleys Lane.

This scope of services encompasses the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, and training for compactor bins, including all necessary equipment. The bins will be delivered and installed at key construction site locations during the specified delivery period from March 2025 to January 2029. The primary locations for installation will be Merotherie Energy Hub, Elong Elong Energy Hub, Barrigan Creek Energy Hub, and Neelys Lane campsite. The bins are to be placed at the designated locations during the delivery phase to support waste management needs across these sites.

The supplier will be responsible for securing sewage pump-out trucks for the entire site involves the regular collection, transport, and disposal of wastewater and sewage from all on-site facilities, including worker accommodations, offices, and sanitation areas. The service must comply with health and safety regulations. The trucks should be equipped to handle varying waste volumes and be available on a scheduled basis or on-demand as required to support the ongoing operations of the project.

The supplier will be responsible for construction water and potable water haulage. The service must ensure timely water delivery to various locations along the transmission line and energy hubs, maintaining the required quantity and quality to meet operational and environmental standards.

The Subcontractor will be required to complete the Early Works Utility Supply & Install on the Central-West Orana Project. The Subcontractor will be required to supply, maintain, operate, and manage all resources to deliver the scope in accordance with the Head Contractor's project requirements.

The Works comprises broadly of the design, supply, delivery, install, integration, commissioning, testing, validation and hand-over of Cable fittings in accordance with this Scope of Work and the Technical Specification.

This scope of works relate to the transmission tower bored pile foundation. Pile diameter ranges from 900mm to 2500mm, depth between 5-20m deep, approx 3000 quantity in total across all 10 separable portions of the project (27,000m3 excavation, 28,500m3 concrete, 2250T steel). The primarily works are drilling of piles using piling rigs, install pile reinforcement cages and pour concrete to the the cut off level. Based on the ground conditions, installation of permanent casings may be required to prevent soil from collapsing. There is also a requirement to install temporary casing to bring pile to the correct level for stub installation. The works must also include the installation of the transmission tower stub, which is setup prior to the pour. The purpose of the stub is to facilitate the erection of the transmission tower afterwards. Jig templates used to hold the stubs may also be procured by the contractor.

As part of the Central West Orana Transmission line project, Acciona- Cobra Joint Venture inviting suitable subcontractors to do Transmission line lattice tower assembly and erection according to the design drawings provided by the JV. There are around 730 lattice towers to be assembled and erected and that will be divided into multiple packages. Weight of 500 kV and 330kv towers are ranging from 36 ton to 110 ton and from 10 ton to 60 ton, respectively. Height of 500kV and 330kV towers are ranging from 56m to 77m and from 35m to 74m, respectively. Suitable subcontractor and their workers must have previous experience in the high-power transmission industry and possess applicable high-risk ticket and certification. The planned commencement date is Jun 2025 and construction can go up to Mar 2028.

Micropile foundation is developed as an additional solution. The micropiles are 254mm diameter piles, drilled into stiff clay and rock socket to a depth of up to 20 metres, depending on tower type and rock strength encountered. The Subcontractor will also be required to lift and position precast pile caps, drill using down the hole hammer method, fabricate and install threadbars and grout. Survey checks will also be required to ensure the pile cap is positioned correctly and base plate is bolted to the cap and verified.

The precast pile cap element is supported by four micropiles underneath which are used as a foundation to support the tower erection and serviceability. The precast unit measures 4210mm in length, 1300mm in width and 800mm in height, with an approximate weight of 10 tons. It features four conical openings for micropile installation and embedded rag bolts for attaching tower leg stubs. The subcontractor will need to manufacture these elements by means of using steel moulds, steelfixing, cast in rag bolts and concreting in a suitable facility, as well as transporting them to site location in Merotherie NSW.
