Design and supply of admin office buildings, including change rooms and ablution facilities

BHP Olympic Dam Corporation Pty Ltd (BHP) is seeking preliminary supplier information and expressions of interest for the hire of fully furnished and stand-alone Accommodation and Laundry Modules for 112 people including transportation to the existing Oak Dam Village site. The scope of the Accommodation Expansion package includes: - Design for an additional 160 rooms to be installed at the existing Exploration Hub at Oak Dam - design includes all earthworks, services (potable water, electrical, sewerage, communications) and raised/covered walkways between the modules. - Design an expanded sewerage soakage area - Design, fabricate and transport to site 40 x 4-room accommodation modules (14.4m*3.6m) and 2 Laundries (10.8m*3.3m). All internal fixtures and fit-out to be included. Transportation to include any permits and authorisations from relevant State Road Authorities. - Construct, install and commission all modules and services in accordance with the design. Box Cut Construction Services - Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) - Site Access Road There will potentially be an opportunity to combine the Bulk Earthworks, NPI and Access Roads packages if the contractor has the capabilities and capacity. The Supplier will be responsible for completing all of the following works: > Install temporary workshops and maintenance facilities on the surface > Development of the twin decline and waste rock storage (excludes construction of the box cut) > Establish underground services including: - Primary ventilation fans - Major de-watering pump stations - Minor dewatering pump stations - Power infrastructure - Communication infrastructure - Secondary ventilation - Underground raise drilling - Rescue chambers > Supply and maintenance of mining equipment > Construction and operation of concrete batch plant for supply of shotcrete See the attached Scope Doc for further details.

The scope of work includes the design, provision, testing, transportation, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of the PGS, which contains diesel generators and a small (1-2 MW) connected solar power system. The PGS is to provide all power supply to the OKDUGA facility including all underground excavations. See attached 'Scope Doc' for further information.
