Events include but are not limited to Red Centre NATS & Alice Springs Masters Games, other potential events such as but not limited to Territory Day and Parrtjima a Festival in Light.

The Northern Territory Major Events Company (NTMEC) is seeking a Request for Quote (RFQ) from suitable parties to act as a medallion supplier for the delivery of the 2024 Alice Springs Masters Games over a 1 year term. Supplier/s are to be selected on the quality and cost effectiveness of their delivery proposal options put forward.
NT Major Events are seeking quotes to provide traffic management plans & implementation for our Alice Springs Events, events including but are not limited to Red Centre NATS & the Alice Springs Masters Games, other potential events but not limited to Parrtjima a Festival in Light & Territory Day.
Banner install is to be included in the Traffic Management plans but install & removal is not included in this request.
NTMEC reserves the right to provide accredited traffic controllers to be managed by the successful respondent as required.
