About the Project Contractor
SecureEnergy (a venture of Elecnor Australia) was awarded the engineering, construction and procurement (EPC) contract for a new 700km 330kv transmission line extending from Wagga Wagga NSW to the South Australian border of Transgrid's EnergyConnect project in June 2021. Construction on this project started in 2022 and is anticipated to be completed within the next 12 months.
Throughout the delivery phase, Elecnor has been committed to providing economic benefit to the local and Indigenous communities along the project route. As of May 2025, almost $240 million has been spent procuring good and services from businesses and suppliers based in the local government areas, and almost $18 m has been spent with First Nations groups and businesses.

SecureEnergy wish to identify suppliers that have the experience and personnel to complete the following Works.
. Set out site boundaries and confirm property boundaries in the vicinity of the site.
. Set out concrete footings and foundations, various underground services (drainage, communication and electrical conduits etc), and WAC survey of these.
. Process the survey data and produce drawings, or provide the drawing files as required.
Site mobilisation is expected June 2022, with all works to be completed by December 2022.

a) The Cattle / Stock grid of 4m x 2.1m shall be designed and Manufactured in accordance with Australian and relevant state transport standards.
