ANI is seeking the submission of an EOI to provide services to clean the Common User Facilities (CUF) and ANI corporate office accommodation. The Osborne Naval Shipyard (ONS) is located at Osborne, South Australia and comprises various sites and existing facilities for naval ship and submarine construction and sustainment activities. The ONS includes the: (a) Osborne South shipyard (ONS-South), currently utilised for the Offshore Patrol Vessel (OPV) Program and Future Frigate Program. (b) Osborne North shipyard (ONS-North), currently utilised for the sustainment of the Collins Class submarines. (c) Common User Facility (CUF), which comprises a wharf, dry berth, transfer system and shiplift. A future nuclear-powered submarine yard (NPSCY) is currently being considered at Osborne for the future nuclear-powered Submarine (NPS) program. ANI wishes to undertake an audit of the maintenance practices across the precinct to identify gaps and areas of opportunity, and to develop policy documents. The deliverables from these activities are stated below: 1. Audit the ANI asset management maturity, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities; 2. Develop an asset management policy for the Common User Facility; 3. Develop a strategic Asset Management Plan for the Common User Facility; and 4. Develop a responsibility matrix highlighting maintenance responsibilities for ANI and ANI's Tenants

ANI is seeking the submission of EOI for the construction of pedestrian bridges at Osborne Naval Shipyard associated with the redevelopment of ONS. The scope of work is for the construction of three (3) pedestrian bridges being designed to cross the rail tracks at Osborne Naval Shipyard. The principal items of work to be supplied and installed by the Subcontractor include, but are not limited to the following: . Pile design and third party verification; . Piling; . Structural concrete form, reo and pour activities. . Structural steel; . Precast concrete decking; . Coordination of works with relevant rail authorities; . Stairs; .
