Tenancy opportunities in Bradfield City's Second Building include:
- Manufacturing Hall:~380sqm of serviced advanced manufacturing space to support research, prototyping and manufacturing activities at scale.
- Manufacturing Area: ~280sqm of serviced manufacturing space providing a purpose-built environment for product development, research translation and advanced manufacturing activities.
- Commercial Office Space: ~1,150sqm of flexible workspace for technology companies, researchers, start-ups, scale-ups and industry partners seeking to collaborate within Bradfield City's innovation ecosystem alongside the AMRF and Semiconductor Advanced Packaging Facility.

The Second Building is at the heart of an emerging innovation and industrial ecosystem supported by significant Government investment.
- Net Lettable Area (NLA): ~380 sqm
- Location: Ground Floor (double height space to underside of Level 2)
- Serviced (services capped at the periphery), ability to house manufacturing equipment, overhead crane and loading dock access, and goods lift access
- NLA: ~280 sqm
- Location: Level 2
- Cold shell (services capped at the periphery), ability to house manufacturing equipment, goods lift access)
- NLA: ~1,150 sqm, open to different configurations at this stage
- Location: Level 3
- Cold shell
Services will include power, potable water, recycled water, sewer, and communications infrastructure, with separate metering / sub-metering for each tenancy space. If the Commercial Office Space on Level 3 results in multiple tenancies, sub meters will be done by the tenant through fitout.
Targeting 5-star Green Star Buildings certification and minimum 5.5-star National Australian Built Environment Rating System (NABERS) Energy and 3-Star NABERS Water base building performance for the Commercial Office Space.
