Leadership Catalyst Program

Overview

The Leadership Catalyst Program rapidly builds the leadership capabilities of early-to-mid-career leaders, equipping them to lead confidently through challenge and uncertainty. With a dual focus on leading self and leading others, the Program extends participants' existing skills and experience to create adaptable leaders.

Participants gain practical resources, strategies and tools they can apply at work straight away, grounded in coaching foundations, neuroscience and leadership best practice. The approach encourages genuine self-exploration, shaping each participant's own leadership journey. Small group learning means participants learn from their peers' real work experience, tap into the power of peer mentoring, and build a lasting professional network.

The Program sharpens participants' motivation, mindset and skills, pairing proven leadership theory with practical tools for lasting development. Coaching techniques keep the learning targeted to each individual's needs and motivations, and help translate theory into practice.
