Atlassian Central is a 39-storey premium-grade commercial tower comprising approximately 59,100 square metres of net lettable area (NLA).

The development has been designed to reflect the sustainability ambitions and innovation-focused values of both Atlassian and Dexus, positioning it to become the world's tallest commercial hybrid timber buildings upon completion.

The building's visionary design incorporates a large-scale hybrid timber structure complemented by a distinctive steel diagrid that supports a high-performance glass facade. This innovative approach demonstrates a commitment to low-carbon construction while delivering high levels of occupant comfort and operational efficiency.

The tower has been carefully designed to coexist with the heritage-listed Parcel Building (formerly the YHA), creating a contemporary architectural landmark that respects and enhances the surrounding urban environment. As a result, Atlassian Central is expected to set new benchmarks for sustainable commercial development, energy efficiency and workplace experience.

In addition to its office component, the development will provide an activated retail precinct with a highly integrated ground-floor public realm. Enhanced accessibility and a welcoming arrival experience are intended to create a vibrant destination for tenants, visitors and the broader community.

- Dexus have no contractual or other legal obligation to registrants arising out of the ROI process with respect to the consideration, evaluation, acceptance or rejection of any registration of interest, or the failure to consider, evaluate or accept any registration of interest
- Services, programs and initiatives provided by ICN are designed to complement a company's existing sales, marketing and business development strategy and any ROI submitted should not be considered an alternative to these activities.
- Dexus have broad discretion to suspend, vary or terminate procurement processes of the Project, decline to consider or review any ROI or negotiate with and enter into a contract with any other party for the performance of a Works Package.
