General Overview
The Industry Capability Network Victoria is playing a part and inviting businesses to join a growing movement to increase the participation of women in the construction industry and want to play an active role in making it a reality.
Every business is different, and so is the way you can contribute. Some ways to support include:
- Hiring or creating pathways for women entering the trades
- Mentoring women who are building their careers in construction
- Sponsoring training programs or industry events
- Championing inclusive workplace cultures
- Partnering with us on initiatives that make a real difference on the ground
Right now, women represent just a small fraction of the construction workforce. But together, we can change that.
You don't need to have all the answers - just the willingness to start.
If your business is interested in supporting women's participation in construction - in any way, big or small - we want to hear from you.
We're calling on businesses across the construction industry and beyond to step forward and help us drive meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're a contractor, supplier, training provider, or industry partner, your support matters.

HOW TO REGISTER AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
- To submit an EOI, companies must have a Gateway by ICN company profile. Information on how to register your company on Gateway by ICN is detailed below.
- The services, programmes and initiatives provided by ICN Victoria are aimed at complementing a company's existing Sales, Marketing and Business Development strategy and any EOI submitted should not be considered as an alternative to these activities.
