The Department of Housing and Works is seeking interested suppliers to deliver maintenance services for non-residential Western Australian Government building assets across the State through the Maintenance Trade Panel (MTP) (tender number FINW0542624A).

This procurement is for Stage 1 of the MTP which includes the Perth, Peel, South West, and Great Southern regions. Opportunities to service the Central, Eastern and Northern regions will be released in future procurement stages.

The MTP is structured into two categories:

(a) Category 1 - Maintenance Services, including:
(i) Breakdown Repairs
(ii) Routine Maintenance
(iii) Simple Project Works

(b) Category 2 - Project Works

Services across 42 trades are being procured from plumbing and gas to electrical, pest control, and more.
