Safe unloading and placement at the designated laydown or installation location (excluding mechanical or electrical installation works) Transport activities may involve oversize or heavy loads and suppliers must demonstrate: . Provision of compliant containers, packaging and labelling for hazardous waste . Safe loading, transport and disposal or recycling at an approved licensed facility . Provision of waste tracking documentation and certificates of disposal or recycling . Compliance with all relevant environmental, transport and hazardous waste regulations Suppliers must demonstrate: . Appropriate licences and approvals for handling and transporting hazardous waste . Experience managing lead acid battery disposal in industrial or energy environments . The scope includes, but is not limited to: . General internal cleaning of site offices, amenities, meeting rooms and common areas . Cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms and hygiene touchpoints . Waste removal from internal bins and replenishment of consumables where required . Ad hoc cleaning support for inspections, audits or operational events Indicative service frequency is two (2) services per week, with final schedules to be confirmed during mobilisation. Suppliers must demonstrate experience working in operational energy or industrial environments and comply with AGL site safety, induction and access requirements.

Routine weed control and vegetation management across the BESS site footprint . Treatment of hardstand, perimeter fencing, drainage areas and access routes . Compliance with relevant environmental and chemical handling regulations Services are expected to be delivered on a routine (indicatively monthly) basis, with scope and locations to be refined once the site operations team is fully mobilised.
