Overview
PLS owns and operates the world's largest, independent hard rock lithium operation, the Pilgangoora Operation, located 120 kilometres from Port Hedland.
The P2000 Project, is the proposed expansion of Pilgangoora which aims to increase production of spodumene concentrate to approximately 2 million tonnes each year.
This expansion will be delivered through the design and construction of a new processing plant. The proposed flowsheet includes crushing and ore sorting, a wholeofore comminution circuit, preflotation magnetic separation and a tantalum byproduct recovery circuit.
The new facility will be constructed adjacent to the existing Pilgan Plant to leverage established services, processing facilities, infrastructure, and operational labour synergies.
PLS will publish all major tenders associated with the P2000 Project on the ICN WA Gateway in accordance with the Project schedule.
