Provision of construction site security services, including site surveillance, access monitoring, incident reporting, after-hours guarding and coordination with the project team to support the security of personnel, equipment and site facilities during construction.

The Potable Water and Consumables Work Package includes the supply, delivery, storage, and management of drinking water and essential consumables required to support workforce welfare and site operations. The objective is to ensure continuous availability of safe drinking water and adequate amenities in compliance with health and safety requirements.

Provision of dry and wet hire plant and equipment required during construction, including excavators, graders, rollers, telehandlers, EWPs, cranes, light vehicles and ancillary equipment.

The Landscaping Work Package includes all activities required to supply, install, and maintain landscaping elements in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and environmental requirements.

The Labour Hire Work Package includes the provision of skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled personnel to support project activities as directed by the Principal Contractor. The objective is to ensure adequate workforce capacity, flexibility, and competency to meet project program requirements.

The Cleaning Services Work Package includes all activities required to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and orderly conditions across the project site, offices, and associated facilities. The objective is to ensure a safe, compliant, and presentable working environment throughout the project lifecycle.
