Arrow Energy is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for provision of CWI Rigs for well activities in the Surat Basin.

Arrow Energy (the Company) is expanding its existing gas production operations in the Surat Basin. Gas produced from the Coal Seam Gas (CSG) fields is routed to the Jammat IPF through Low-Pressure Header (LPH) before being exported to the existing Jammat Field Compression Station (FCS). The works will be Greenfield works on Company property. This Scope of Work (SOW) is under development for the Jammat IPF. The information below generally describes the Scope for the purposes of the EOI. It covers the activities of procurement, fabrication, transport, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning support. Contractors are encouraged to submit an EOI for either civil only, construction only or all portions of work; both civil and construction. The works are inclusive of the following work areas: . Civil, earthworks, piling, fencing/gates . Underground Services that include installation of large diameter HDPE slugcatcher and large bore piping, electrical conduits, etc. . Gas System covering a vertical flare, plant inlet scrubber, large bore steel piping, etc. . Utility Systems covering Instrument and Utility Air system, Water Transfer Skid, Electrical Equipment Room & Plant Automation System, small Power Generation (Diesel & Gas), Fire & Gas Detection, Lighting and CCTV. Engineering Design will be delivered by third party. Bulk material procurement shall be done by the Contractor whilst Arrow shall free issue select Long Lead Items (Equipment).

Arrow is seeking expressions of interest for the provision of Bog Mat Handling and Management Services under a Master Services Agreement. The Bog Mat Handling and Management Scope of Work under the Master Services Agreement includes, but is not limited to, the below: . Handling, transportation, placing, cleaning and the general management of Arrow Energys owned Bog Mats for projects within the Surat Region (Dura-Base Heavy Duty Composite Mats: Weight 454kgs; dimensions- 4270mm x 2440mm x 105mm) . Operate and maintain Arrows owned Bogmat washing machine. . Ensure all Works are performed strictly in accordance with site environmental policies and relevant legalisation, and requirements stipulated in all Access and Approvals Packages.

Arrow is seeking expressions of interest for the design and supply of Girrahween Inlet Filters, including provision of Start-up Support Services. The Scope of Work (Scope) is under development and this document generally describes the interim Scope for the purposes of this request. The Scope may be refined prior to or after release of the RFP documentation. The Scope of Works includes the design and supply of two (2) steel Inlet Filters (pressure vessels) for the Field Compression Station (FCS) of 116MMSCFD capacity. In addition to the above, the selected Vendor/Contractor may be required to provide On Site Start-up Support Services to Arrow Energy.

Arrow is seeking expressions of interest for the design and supply of Girrahween Manual Valves, including provision of Start-up Support Services. The Scope of Work (Scope) is under development and this document generally describes the interim Scope for the purposes of this request. The Scope may be refined prior to or after release of the RFP documentation. The Scope of Works includes supply of Manual Valves package comprising of sizes DN80 and above manual valves. Arrow is seeking expressions of interest for the Commissioning Resource Service under a Model Contract Template (MC-06, Maintenance Agreement). The scope of work consists of the contractor providing technical resources and services to support execution of commissioning and start-up activities on the company's suite of wellfield development and facility projects including; a) Perform technical testing of gas and produced water pipelines, including valves, water offtakes, Future Service Connections (FSC), High Point Vents (HPVs), and Low Point Drains (LPDs); b) Pre-commissioning and commissioning of LPDs; c) Assist with purging of gathering systems with hydrocarbons; d) Pre-commissioning wellsites; e) Commissioning of wellsites; f) Pre-commissioning and commissioning of ground monitoring bores g) Pre-commissioning and commissioning of gathering metering skids; h) Commissioning of water pumping stations and storage tanks/dams; i) Commissioning of Telecommunications towers and equipment rooms j) Pre-commissioning and commissioning gathering field flare systems; k) Commissioning of High Voltage (HV) reticulation systems; l) Support of resourcing for Brownfield Operations tasks (i.e. Operating well modifications, trials/data acquisition, modifications of Operational facility asset scopes, etc). Required resourcing will be multiple Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation technician roles on a continuous roster of 15 on / 13 off and a single Technical Clerk role, site based (Dalby) on a 5 and 2 roster Required support equipment / plant will be technician tooling to complete commissioning services, light vehicles to Safer Together standards for technicians, 5 Tonne telehandler and 3 Tonne Light Rigid Truck and other subsequent short-term engagement of required equipment (Franna crane, flat bed heavy rigid trucks, air / nitrogen compressor and generation packages, etc) All pre-commissioning and commissioning support will be completed utilising company's Permit to Work systems
