The detail project works include:

The subcontractor shall supply and install all FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) as scheduled, including but not limited to: fixed and loose joinery items, workstations, storage units, lockers, benches, shelving, cabinetry, seating, tables, and integrated fixtures. Fixtures also include signage, noticeboards, whiteboards, pinboards, window furnishings, mirrors, bathroom accessories, and any architectural feature elements identified in the schedule or drawings. All FF&E items shall be coordinated with services (power, data, hydraulic, fire, and mechanical) to ensure full functionality and compliance. The scope further includes coordination with base build and services trades, protection of finishes, setting out, tolerances, testing, commissioning where applicable, and rectification of defects. The subcontractor shall provide all required shop drawings, samples, warranties, operation and maintenance manuals, and as-built documentation necessary for practical completion and final handover.

The subcontractor is responsible for all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and plant required to deliver a fully compliant solution. This package covers the application of epoxy flooring to all specified areas, including topping of data hall floor slabs and ensuring adequate coverage and returns at adjacent walls and corridor hobs. Works include full site preparation, inspection, accurate layout, and use of VOC-compliant epoxy products to achieve a smooth, level, and consistent finish within required flatness and levelness tolerances. The subcontractor must perform touch-ups for any damage, maintain dust control during preparation, warrant the finish against discoloration and defects, treat all expansion joints, and ensure the floor is free from marks, cracks, or peeling.
