Opportunities

The delivery activities will leverage the Supply chain and will provide opportunities to suppliers and subcontractors, including:

• Civils
• Structures (Structural steel, FRP, and Precast)
• Piling
• Drainage
• Utility relocations
• Reinforcement supply and prefabrication
• Construction materials (quarry, concrete)
• Noise and retaining walls
• Shared user paths along the length of the Freeway (South Package)
• Pedestrian bridge a; and
• Asphalting.

Timing

Critical procurement including long lead times start in Q3CY25 to Q3CY26, with the remaining procurement starting Q3CY25 to Q4CY26, for delivery starting circa Q4CY25 to CY28.

Prequalification & TSA systems

TSA follows CPB's management systems, with prequalification to be completed using felix procurement platform. For all new suppliers and subcontractors, TSA asks that you register through our centralised digital system, Felix. This tool pre-qualifies our delivery and trade partners, enabling engagement to occur to support project delivery.

HOW TO REGISTER AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
