Supplier criteria
- Complete values-based questions aligned with each work package.
- Provide a capability statement and evidence of past performance.
- Comply with Fair Jobs Code, ESG reporting, and VGPB policies.
- Local businesses strongly encouraged to apply.
Pricing and contribution guidance
- No fixed tiers - contribution is at bidder's discretion.
- Recommended range: 0.25% to 3% of total tender value.
- Contributions may be tax deductible if directed to DGR-status beneficiaries.
- Funds allocated to cultural heritage works, community programs, and environmental restoration.
