The Gippsland Sports and Entertainment Park is located at the corner of Fairway Drive and Crinigan Road, Morwell VIC 3840, within the Latrobe City Council. The site is bordered by the Morwell Golf Club to the north, Crinigan Road to the south, Fairway Drive and Crinigan Bushland to the east and grassland to the west.

The scope of works as part of the GSEP Project, includes:

• New pavilion with change rooms and amenities
• New change pod
• Redevelopment of 2 fields of play with lighting and player facilities
• Upgrade to a further field of play
• Car parking

The Morwell Gun Club (MGC) is located at 50a Buckleys Track, Hernes Oak VIC 3825, within the Latrobe City Council. The site is bordered by Marretts Rd and Princes Freeway to the north and east, Varys Track (unsealed) to the west and bushland to the south.

The scope of works as part of the MGC Project, includes:

• 2no. Olympic trap shooting trenches
• Fencing
• Accessible car parking upgrades
• Site services
• Landscaping improvements

The respective Expression of Interests for Head Contractors to deliver the works for both the GSEP and MGC Projects has been released in October 2024 with details on the procurement process available through the Buying for Victoria website.

Ted Summerton Reserve is located at 37-39 Vale Street, Moe VIC 3825, within the Latrobe City Council. The site is bordered by South Street to the south, and Barwick Place to the west.

The scope of works as part of the TSR Project, includes:

• New change room pavilion
• Refurbishment of existing pavilion
• Refurbishment of playing surface
• New terracing
• New field of play lighting
• New scoreboard and sight screens
• Accessibility improvements

Gippsland Regional Indoor Sports Stadium is located at 1 Catterick Crescent, Traralgon VIC 3844, within the Latrobe City Council. The site is bordered by Garibaldi Street to the north, and Kosciuszko to the west.

The scope of works as part of the GRISS Project, includes:

• New change room pavilion
• Refurbishment of courts
• Refurbishment of foyer
• Upgrades to broadcasting facilities
• Solar panel installation
• Upgrades to change rooms and other player amenities.

The respective Procurement activities for Head Contractors to deliver the works for both the TSR and GRISS Projects are scheduled to be released in Q2 2025 with details on the procurement process available through the e-Procure tender portal website.

The personal information requested in this Expression of Interest (EOI) is being collected by Latrobe City Council (Council) for the purpose of providing a list of potential subcontractors to tenderers on the Projects described in the EOI. The list will be included in the general tender documents available to all tenderers through Council's e-tendering portal. The personal information collected about you and your business will be used solely by Council for that primary purpose or directly related purposes. Other than Project tenderers, it will not be disclosed to any external party without your consent, unless required or authorised by law.

Please note inclusion of your details on the potential subcontractors list is not and should not be considered a representation or guarantee by Council that a successful tenderer will obtain any goods or services from you.
