Overview
The Southport Supportive Housing Project will be located at 5-9 Scarborough Street, Southport.
This project will deliver around 200 social and affordable homes for a range of people, including people at risk of, or experiencing, homelessness on the Gold Coast. Residents may include people sleeping rough, women escaping domestic violence and older women.
The new high-rise development will provide one-bedroom, two-bedroom and studio apartments, with onsite support services for residents.
This supportive accommodation model will provide long-term, secure and appropriate homes for Queenslanders who need both a place to live and support to improve their wellbeing and social connections.
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Icon invites local industry in to review the available scope of works for this project and submit its Expression of Interest through the ICN Gateway.
Information on the specific supply opportunities will be communicated on the ICN Gateway project page as it becomes available, with local industry able to register its interest against them.
Please ensure that:
- Your company profile on the ICN Gateway is complete, up-to-date and accurate including electing to be notified via e-mail of supply opportunities
- You register your interest as a full or partial scope supplier (where applicable), and
- You respond to all project and work package-specific questions.
It is important that businesses submitting an EOI are aware that their submission does not guarantee that they will progress further in the procurement process. Only companies that can demonstrate capability and capacity in accordance with Icon Builders standards will be invited to pre-qualify for specific opportunities.
FURTHER ASSISTANCE
Icon Builders strongly encourage local industry to contact the ICN Queensland in the first instance to improve their understanding of the EOI process.
