The Industry Growth Business Accelerator has been designed specifically for ICN Subscribers to get ahead of their competition, break into new markets and win contracts and tenders with ease.

Delivered fully online, this micro credential program helps participating leaders engaged in developing new business, sales, marketing or tendering, increase their knowledge, skills and confidence to get more results.

With access to subject matter experts and Industry mentors in 1:1 sessions you'll combine the 'what you know' with the 'who you know' before presenting your business in front of an Industry Panel for greater feedback and Industry awareness.

Who this is for

SME Business Leaders who prefer a structured and focused approach to achieving results quickly.

You may be:

• A Business Owners/Manager involved in new business development or exploring market expansion who values getting maximum returns from the efforts put in, whilst helping them to further develop their leadership skills.
• Business Development/Sales Leaders who want to increase their knowledge and skills to effectively communicate the value of their business (in verbal or written form) such that they increase the number of engagements for the business.

• Comprehensive diagnostic and goal setting on commencement
• Personalised business education (self-pace through online content)
• 1:1 Business coaching & training (booked at times that suit you and your team)
• Group sessions with other participating business ( 4 x 1 hour sessions at set dates)
• Connections to Industry in 1:1 sessions and at a presentation or pitch event. Previous participants have met with Government representatives, Primes, or large project owners.
