Iberdrola Australia has recently been awarded one of twelve offshore wind feasibility licences for the Gippsland Offshore Wind Zone. This 3GW feasibility licence is for our "Aurora Green" offshore wind project.

Iberdrola Australia supports local supply chain development and is committed to engagement with local suppliers, contractors, manufacturers, and general supply chain resourcing for offshore wind development.
Our Gippsland offshore wind development, Aurora Green, will include an offshore wind farm; substations located both offshore and onshore to connect to existing infrastructure for transmission.
Supply chain provisioning will occur during the initial feasibility period, followed by construction delivery, with post construction operations and maintenance ongoing needs.
