Sitzler has recently been awarded the construction contract for the State Square Art Gallery (Stage 1) and Precinct Redevelopment (Stage 2).

The Stage 1 Art Gallery package of works is currently at 95% design documentation, with Sitzler calling for pricing by 25/11/2022.

The Stage 2 Precinct Redevelopment works comprises an Early Contractor's Involvement (ECI) package, with Sitzler working with project Stakeholders to undertake the design development before approaching the market for pricing in 2023.
