205 North Quay is current under construction in the Brisbane CBD. The building has been pre-committed by Services Australia as the sole-occupant of the commercial floor space. The quality of the office tower will reflect he riverfront location and high standard of commercial developments completed by Cbus Property and Nielson Properties.
Proposed project components include:
· 43,700sqm commercial office space at PCA A-grade with premium services
· Approximately 700sqm of vibrant ground & lobby floor retail
· A wellness floor dedicated to health and wellbeing which features an outdoor terrace and pool
· High quality end of trip facilities
· An auditorium for programmable events.
· Internationally recognised design & workplace
· Next generation technology, facilities & amenity
· Minimum 1,500m2 NLA floorplates, generally 1:12 density
· Three Lift risers – River, High & Skyrise
· Two plantrooms - Roof top and at the base of the low rise
· Podium located substation, main switch & comms room
· Largely vertically stacked services backbone within tower core
· 6 Star Greenstar, 5.5 Star NABERS energy (Base Building) & 4 Star NABERS water (Base Building).
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Construction of 205 North Quay commenced in September 2021. The project is expected to take 39 months, with a completion of the project forecasted for December 2024.
EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
Hutchinson Builders and Cbus Property encourages local industry interested in supplying to the project to register an expression of interest (EOI) through the ICN Gateway webpage.
Information on specific supply opportunities will be communicated on the ICN Gateway project page as it becomes available, with local industry able to register its interest against them.
Please ensure that:
- Your company profile on the ICN Gateway is complete, up-to-date and accurate including electing to be notified via e-mail of supply opportunities
- You register your interest as a full or partial scope supplier (where applicable), and
- You respond to all project and work package-specific questions.
It is important that businesses submitting an EOI are aware that their submission does not guarantee that they will progress further in the procurement process. Only companies that can demonstrate capability and capacity in accordance with Hutchinson Builders standards will be invited to pre-qualify for specific opportunities.
