Lendlease have been engaged under an ECI Contract (Early Contractor Involvement) to work collaboratively to develop key inputs such as time, cost & quality advice. The Lendlease ECI services also includes early construction works ahead of the conversion of the current ECI to MC Contract (Managing Contractor), which will occur in Quarter 4, 2024. Lendlease will then deliver the full project scope for the New WCH Project on behalf of the Department for Health and Wellbeing (SA Health).
Project Scope at the SAPOL Barracks site is as follows:

- 10 Floors with overall building height of 45.6m
- 140,000m2 Floor Area for the clinical building (main works)
- 5,500m2 Central Energy Plant (Separate Building and precluded from this EOI)
- 43,00m2 Carpark over 8 levels (Separate Building and precluded from this EOI)
- 87 Departments
- 14 Theatres
